What you’ll do

As an Expert Network Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Market Intelligence Platform, Link, by identifying and engaging with industry experts. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain a robust network of thought leaders and specialists who can contribute valuable insights to our platform. You will oversee the relationship with our experts, focusing on nurturing and maintaining these relationships, and developing a global expert recruitment strategy. Additionally, you will define the expert journey within our company and manage an associate responsible for daily expert recruitment.


What you’ll do
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with existing experts, ensuring their ongoing engagement and satisfaction through regular communication and follow-ups
  • Develop and implement a strategic expert recruitment strategy on a global scale, identifying key regions and sectors for expansion
  • Define and refine the expert journey within our company, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from recruitment to ongoing engagement
  • Manage and mentor an associate responsible for the daily recruitment of experts, providing guidance and support to ensure recruitment goals are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand content needs and match them with the appropriate experts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Negotiate terms of engagement and manage contracts with experts, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints
  • Ensure timely and high-quality contributions from experts, including interviews, articles, webinars, and advisory sessions
  • Develop strategies to expand and diversify our expert network continuously, focusing on emerging industries and niche sectors
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between experts and our internal teams, providing logistical and administrative support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of expert interactions and contributions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
  • Provide regular reports and updates on the status and impact of expert contributions to our platform, highlighting key metrics and insights


Who We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in network management, market research, or related fields; experience with expert networks is a plus
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage and build relationships with industry experts
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members, providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, with meticulous attention to detail, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills to identify industry trends and source relevant experts
  • Proficiency in CRM software to maintain accurate records and manage expert interactions
  • Exceptional negotiation skills in managing contracts and terms of engagement with experts
  • Ability to compose reports, presentations, and written communications in a clear, organized, and concise manner suited for an executive audience
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and can adapt to changing priorities
  • Results-driven attitude, motivated by meeting and exceeding performance goals
