What you’ll do
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PMO) to join our team and ensure the successful delivery of projects across our entire organization. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to execution, monitoring, and closure. The ideal candidate will lead our team in managing a diverse range of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with senior leadership to align projects with organizational goals and track and operate key performance indicators (KPIs). Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be critical in maintaining project integrity and driving continuous improvement.
What you’ll do- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and plans, ensuring the timely delivery of projects across various departments
- Oversee the end-to-end production of project deliverables, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and accuracy
- Manage the full lifecycle of projects, including budgeting, timeline, and quality control
- Manage internal expectations, project scope, and resources, effectively communicating project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders
- Track and operate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with broader business strategies and goals
- Implement and maintain reliable and repeatable project delivery processes, metrics, and operational procedures
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management tools and processes, ensuring best practices are adopted and followed
- Ensure that all project portfolios are aligned with the organization's strategy, improving overall project management capabilities
- Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and implement new ways of working across multiple projects
- Oversee performance management and professional development of the project team, ensuring alignment with internal processes and standards
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Who We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience with progressive project and data management responsibilities; PMP certification is a plus
- 3+ years of dotted-line reporting experience with cross-functional teams
- You have a strong curiosity about the digital identity space including financial crime, fraud, customer onboarding, and IT security
- You demonstrate the ability to work in a rapidly changing industry, tolerate ambiguity, and demonstrate problem-solving leadership
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with meticulous attention to detail, in a deadline-driven environment
- You have a results-driven attitude, motivated by meeting and beating aggressive performance goals
- Excellent communication skills in composing reports, presentations, and written communication in an organized, logical, and concise manner suited for an executive audience.
- You enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment and can work effectively with people at all levels within an organization
- You’ve created a proven track record as an influential change agent, championing, organizing, and successfully executing new ideas and initiatives
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with tracking and operating key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and drive continuous improvement.
