Park Hyatt Aviara Resort has some exciting new restaurant concept, Ponto Lago that feature Baja cuisine with an open kitchen with an 8' Mibrasa wood burning grill and Ember & Rye by celebrity Chef Richard Blais.
We are looking for line cook and prep cooks that have a passion for their craft, care for others and their work place and focus on details. We are focus on teaching and developing culinarians in our industry and promote from within to ensure continuity in our high quality standards.
Qualifications include:
Refined verbal communication skills.
3 years of previous fine dining restaurant line cook experience.
Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
Able to work single station in the kitchen.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
