Visual Presentation Designer

POWER POINT FORMAT DESIGNER (SPA-ENG-GER)
(Spanish/ English/German required)

Lionbridge is looking to hire a full time PPT Format Designer to work as part of our current team supporting a client dedicated program based in Europe (Spain/Germany). The PPT Format Designer will be responsible for formatting and editing basic to mid-level PowerPoint slides; occasionally applying light creative enhancements following fundamental design concepts and best practices. The designer focus will be to clean up or improve existing content while adhering to client brand standards. In addition to this, the designer must be able to communicate through multiple channels in all 3 languages: English, Spanish, and German (different intermediat to high proficiency levels from B2, B2+ and above in any combination).

The ideal candidate must possess a high degree of professionalism, strong business communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize, work efficiently towards short deadlines, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful you should possess the ability to:

• Edit basic to mid-level PowerPoint presentations:
  • Execute ambiguous slide formatting edits with minimal direction
  • Able to follow brand guidelines and apply consistently across presentations.
  • Apply light/low complexity creative changes to existing content without altering original format.
• Occasionally support other basic creative requests using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
• Communicate mostly in Spanish and English and occasionally in German with internal Project Coordinators, Design Leads, and Consultants through multiple means (email, chat, virtual calls)
• Understand or clarify requirements with clients from the get-go to meet objectives and deliver on time.
• Maintain high quality standards by proofing work for errors, consistency, and adherence to standard format and delivering high quality results with the perfect balance between creative ideas and execution.
• Keep high level of client data and confidentiality

Creative experience and technical skills – Must have

• 1-2 years of relevant formatting Presentation Design experience (Power Point specific)
• Languages: (minimum combination of B2, B2+ and above so that you can read, write, and speak well:
  • Spanish: 50% daily use
  • English: 35% daily use
  • German: 15% daily use
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for slide improvement and formatting edits (elements and text alignment, slide consistency, general cleanups, color edits or rebrand, tables and graphs formatting or creating from scratch, others)
• Ability to rethink slides when required for minimum complexity visual enhancements.
• Basic to medium skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy to meet client requirements
• Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills; thinks "outside of the box”
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm
• Ability to work both in teams and independently, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated talent to prioritize tasks under narrow time limitations to produce accurate results
• Experience in PPT design applied to the Consulting business (desirable) or similar fields working directly with stakeholders (virtual customer support)

Nice to have (desirable but not required)

• Familiar with Thinkcell for graph charts, Efficient Elements PPT shortcuts and similar PPT productivity tools.
• Basic to intermediate Knowledge of Adobe Creative package (AI, PS, ID)
