We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Business Operations Lead. This role is integral to the smooth running of our operations, strategic planning, and overall organizational development.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution: Drive cross-functional initiatives, setting clear business priorities and executing high-impact projects aligned with company goals.

Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define and implement metrics (OKRs/KPIs) to monitor business health, providing regular performance insights and improvement strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments like Engineering, Product, GTM, and Ops to optimize processes, identify bottlenecks, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions.

Process Improvement & Scaling: Develop and implement scalable systems and processes that support rapid company growth and improve operational efficiency.

Executive Reporting & Insights: Provide the executive team with actionable insights, reports, and presentations to aid in decision-making.

Change Management: Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, tools, or strategic pivots across the company.

Resource Allocation: Optimize the allocation of resources across teams to ensure high-impact projects are prioritized and completed efficiently.
