Application Support Engineer

Lirio is a technology/software company specializing in behavioral science, data science, and machine learning. They are looking for an Application Support Engineer to manage critical client environments and support various applications and tools.

Skills

Experience with REST services and tools like Postman API
Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL or Snowflake with SQL skills
Hands-on experience with Java, Python, C#, C++, PHP, TypeScript and/or JavaScript
Understanding of cloud services like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure
Familiarity with incident management systems like Jira Service Desk

Responsibilities

Set up and manage critical client environments using REST services and tools like Postman API
Monitor and assess production applications and message distributions using various tools and services
Participate in cross-functional activities to support different teams
Orchestrate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new clients and platform capabilities
Participate in peer reviews of code, designs, and tests
Produce high-quality work in a collaborative agile environment
Write and verify documentation related to infrastructure, products, and tools
