Experience testing and optimizing campaigns - data focused and very hands on in the tools
Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate customers
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
Recommend and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive continual improvements in lead conversion rates, close rates, and funnel velocity.
Contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, digital advertising, events, and more.
Monitor campaign performance and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms to track, measure and optimize campaign performance conversion rates and ROI.
Source and curate content for website, newsletters, blog articles, drip marketing, and sales materials.
Partner cross functionally with internal teams including Sales, Go-To-Market Operations, Customer Success, Product, and Design on ideation through execution activities.
Education
3+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a preference for backgrounds in financial services and/or technology
