Responsibilities
Motivate the team to perform at their best
Open and close the store independently
Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
Introduce new products to customers and recommend items based on their needs
Handle in-store customer issues and answer questions related to merchandise and store policies
Process transactions accurately on the POS system
Keep the sales floor tidy and well-stocked
Assist in maintaining backstock and setting up merchandise on the sales floor
Operational tasks such as inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, beading table management and KPIs
Assist customers at the bead-your-own bracelet table and fulfill in-store custom orders
Other duties as requested by the Store Manager or Regional Manager
