Responsibilities

• Work with the Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to motivate the team
• Manage in-store beading appointments and events
• Monitor and maintain store inventory
• Coach and support Sales Associates
• Recommend products to customers based on their needs
• Handle customer issues and questions
• Process transactions accurately
• Keep the sales floor tidy and well-stocked
• Assist in maintaining backstock and setting up merchandise
• Fulfill in-store custom orders
