Responsibilities
Work with the Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to motivate the team
Manage in-store beading appointments and events
Monitor and maintain store inventory
Coach and support Sales Associates
Recommend products to customers based on their needs
Handle customer issues and questions
Process transactions accurately
Keep the sales floor tidy and well-stocked
Assist in maintaining backstock and setting up merchandise
Fulfill in-store custom orders
