If yes and yes, we'd like to know you better.SummaryThe CGI team for an internationally recognized home furnishing retail HQ is looking for a qualified pro to provide production and project task execution support for the 3D AR team. This pro will support the team with work orders, pull together 3D modeling assets and metadata, handle 3D downloads, assist with submitting Purchase Orders, and perform other relevant tasks.The brand will provide tech setup for the duration of the gigResponsibilities• Aid in compiling factory drawings, design specifications, and existing templates/textures to be used for modeling assignments. Includes associating key files with relevant keywords and getting them into relevant folders for creative and QA teams• Tag-team with the Producer to handle small to large volumes of 3D downloads to ensure consistency, as well as accuracy of relevant material• Communicate and collaborate with the digital team to update data, comments, and status information on various documents• Identify and work with internal team members to request/gather specific metadata that is required or missing for the 3D modeling season. This can include product sample reports, CAD files, dimensions, photo reference imagery, and more• Assist in submitting Purchase Orders (“PO”), as needed• Organize existing models (3D model files) across multiple categories to expand 3D/AR template library. You may be asked to pull together existing models from within the system and organize archivesGotta Have• Degree in related field• 3+ years of experience in production and project support• Experience in creative file gathering and storage, downloads, data updates• Understanding of product sample reports, CAD files, dimensions, photo reference imagery• General digital asset management experience (e.g., D.A.M., 3D model and AR creative libraries, keywords/meta tags)• Experience in cross-functional engagement among internal teams within a creative, production, and QA environment - with a natural ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively• A curious self-starter. One who is both process and task-oriented, and takes initiative• Able to take direction, even those laid out in a project plan, and then work independently to drive results - and even find a more efficient path forward• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills• Experience with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Google Drive (uploading, downloading, renaming files, +)• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel• Able to participate in online video calls (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.)• Broadband Internet access requiredTip The Scales• Familiarity with 3D models, their assets, related materials, and file formats• 3D model experience within the home furnishing retail categoryWe are grateful to hear from applicants and will be sure to reach out in cases where you align with the opportunity.
