A company is looking for a Contract Business Recruiter (Remote, US).Key Responsibilities:• Owning the hiring process for sales/GTM roles, primarily sales• Working with hiring managers to understand and adapt to changing business needs• Proactively sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offersRequired Qualifications:• 2-3 years of in-house recruiting experience for sales, marketing, or GTM roles• Relentless drive, high work ethic, and passion for building talent pipelines• Ability to think creatively and find exceptional candidates
