Get ready for the best learning experience of your life. You will receive the same orientation training as our full-time engineers, you will be matched with an individual mentor, and you will be committing production code by the end of your first week. In the course of your internship, you will be tasked with one or more mission-critical projects and make meaningful contributions to LiveRamp's success. Also, if our previous interns are any guides, you will have a ton of fun in the process!
Internships are 12 weeks long. Should we want to extend you a full-time offer after you graduate, we ask that you would be willing to consider this at the end of your internship. We are seeking interns interested in full-stack application development and big data back-end engineering.
You will:
Support day-to-day billing tasks and assist in reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Help update and organize our internal knowledge base to ensure it reflects current processes.
Assist with reworking the layout and usability of our internal ticketing system, guided by Senior Billing Analyst and leadership.
Help document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for billing workflows, with input from Senior Billing Analyst and leadership.
Facilitate improvements by helping track tasks, gather feedback, and implement updates to existing documentation.
Contribute to a collaborative summer project that supports team goals and enhances internal operations.

The Billing Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely billing, supporting financial integrity, and enabling smooth operations across the business.
About you:
Preferred majors: Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Detail-oriented and eager to learn how internal processes work in a real-world business setting.
Smart, ethical, friendly, hardworking, and proactive.
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
Team player capable of meeting strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Experience with Excel, documentation tools, or project management platforms is a plus.

The approximate annual base compensation range is $19-$23 per hour. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
