Loader Unloader - job 1 of 2

Hire Dynamics is currently hiring Loader/Unloaders to take on 1st and 2nd shift job opportunities in North Charleston. These are career opportunities that are part of a cross dock operation supporting a large retail distribution center.

Pay: $18.00 for 1st shift, $19.00 for 2nd shift (Unlimited referral bonuses!)

1st Shift: 6:30am - 4:00pm (must be flexible to work later hours and/or on weekends)

2nd Shift: 5:00pm - 1:30am (must be flexible to work later hours and/or on weekends)

Job Duties as a Loader/Unloader for Hire Dynamics:

• unload, repack, and load containers with warehouse goods and products.
• unloading containers by hand, repalletizing products, and loading into semi trucks.
• Ensure product is sorted, baled, weighed, loaded and recycled based on customer specifications
• Work in a fast-paced team environment
• Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation

Job Requirements for Loader/Unloaders:

• Lifting requirement is 50 pounds
• Will be working in a warehouse environment - hot/cold/humid
• Stand for 8-10 hrs./day.
• May stay late or work on weekends.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet production demand.
• Safety shoes and vest required
