We are looking for an innovative, team-oriented and motivated People Operations Generalist to our team! We are seeking a proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail, who possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The ideal candidate will excel in onboarding and offboarding processes, performance management, HRIS and data management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
This role will support our HR Business Partners in making strategic people-related decisions and will be involved in every aspect of HR operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as this role requires interaction with Loadies at all levels of the organization.
