PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Under general supervision of the HR & Corporate Services Manager, serves as the face and voice of GROWMARK while providing unsurpassed customer service to visitors, guests, and employees. This role is responsible for maintaining a welcoming and organized lobby while efficiently handling incoming calls, inquiries, and administrative tasks. This position manages the front desk operations, welcomes visitors, and coordinates various employee engagement activities to promote a positive and engaging work environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and employees in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring needs are met promptly.
Manage access control by issuing visitor badges and monitoring visitor sign-in and sign-out processes.
Coordinates with various departments to ensure smooth visitor arrivals, includes notifying employees of visitor arrivals.
Provides accurate information about GROWMARK, our products and services, and directs inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
Handle general inquires and provides accurate information regarding office hours, locations, and basic company policies.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities including employee appreciation events, employee leagues, and employee discount program.
Ensures that all displays in general areas are updated on a regular basis with current and existing content for all employees.
Coordinates and communicates building information to employees as needed.
Maintains inventory of office supplies; regularly checks stock levels and reorders supplies as needed to ensure their availability.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a high school diploma or equivalent and proven experience in a customer-facing role.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Proven customer service, teamwork, business writing, communication, and business etiquette skills.
Must demonstrate the ability to retain confidential information.
Must have experience and be comfortable working in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
Ability to work hours beyond those considered “normal”.
