As a Guest Ambassador at Local Kitchens, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring memorable experiences for our Guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our Guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they depart Local Kitchens. In addition to providing exemplary hospitality, this role promptly addresses Guest concerns and troubleshoots alternative ways to make it right for Guests. The Guest Ambassador guides Guests through our diverse, mix-and-match offerings and answers any menu question with finesse, knowledge, and skill.

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for dynamic and customer-focused guest experience. This includes understanding and catering to individual taste preferences, enticing guests with our gourmet selections, and delivering our brand values of Connection, Culinary, and Convenience This role encompasses responsibilities from a variety of front-of-house positions, such as Greeter/Host, Expo, and Busser. The Guest Ambassador plays a crucial role in ensuring that every guest who walks through our doors feels valued, informed, and satisfied with their dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Maintain a thorough understanding of our culinary partner stories, and menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and dietary restrictions. Engage with guests to answer questions, provide recommendations, and address any concerns they may have regarding their dining experience.
Work with the team to coordinate the flow of food from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring that each dish meets our standards of excellence before it is served to the guest. Ensure that all necessary accompaniments, such as condiments and utensils, are provided when dishes are served.
Clear, reset, and sanitize tables as needed to accommodate new guests.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the restaurant, including restrooms, tables, chairs, floors, and fixtures.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a guest service or hospitality role is preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to showcase and exude an authentically warm and outgoing personality Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiasm for food and a willingness to learn about our culinary menu offerings. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to engage with a wide range of individuals and audiences.
