As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Local Kitchens, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing campaigns to engage and retain our guests. Your primary focus will be on communicating with our extensive guest database, utilizing channels such as email, push and SMS, with the overarching goal of converting new guests into loyal advocates, turning casual guests into dedicated enthusiasts, and reactivating churned guests. You'll be at the forefront of driving guest engagement and brand loyalty.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a knack for developing compelling campaigns.
Proficient in copywriting, with a bonus if you have experience with design tools like Figma
Comfortable developing A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
Develop and execute automated lifecycle marketing campaigns (e.g., new customer onboarding), event-driven campaigns (e.g., new menu launches), and themed marketing lead campaigns (e.g., Pie Day campaign).
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, guest support, partnerships, and strategy, to ideate and implement effective campaigns and promotions.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales metrics and the performance of different customer segments, to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and tone of voice for new brands within Local Kitchens, ensuring consistency across all marketing communications.
3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably within a brand-oriented startup environment.
Strong creative skills, with a keen eye for design and copywriting.
Experience with tools such as Customer.IO, Braze, Mailchimp, or Iterable is a plus.
Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and departments.
Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
We are an in-office culture and come into the office 5 days/week.
