Description:The Lockheed Martin Enterprise Business Transformation & Enablement organization is looking for an ERP Test Lead for their corporate-wide business transformation leveraging the SAP S/4HANA platform and partner products.
This ERP transformation is part of a larger '1LMX' digital transformation initiative that brings Lockheed Martin's business processes into the future using leading... edge technologies.
This position will play a pivotal role in providing Test leadership and support for the merging of Aeronautics, Missiles & Fire Control, Space Systems and Rotary & Missions Systems businesses onto the latest SAP ERP products.
Activities expected of Test Lead include but are not limited to:
- Expert point of contact for guidance and consultation in building of test cases
- Interface and work closely with functional 1LMX ERP teams for test case management in Focused Build and Solution Documentation
- Support creation and modification of test packages and plans
- Monitor test execution and defect resolution across all test cycles ensuring the quality and reliability of application functions/components
- Ensure strategy adherence by way of guiding the development and execution of test cases
- Lead Daily/Weekly status/standup meetings
- Provide Status to the Build Team Program Manager and other stakeholders
- Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
- Independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
US citizenship is required for this role.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working in manufacturing or IT organizations.
- Experience in an ERP go-live project and/or migration.
- Familiar with development and execution of test cases.
- SAP S/4 HANA testing experience
- Demonstrated problem solving, analytic skills and troubleshooting skills associated with the integration of multiple IT systems.
- Understanding of software agile development lifecycle, and the implementation of user requirements into the environment via definition, testing, implementation, and end user training.
- Understanding of Agile and hybrid working methodologies.
- Effective communication and facilitation skills - ability to converse technically and functionally.
- Eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Desired Skills:
- Experience integrating with enterprise MES and PLM systems
- Prior experience with Jira & Agile Hive
- Knowledge of Solution Manager/Focused Build
- Experience with Confluence
- Experience working in a scaled agile environment
- Prior experience with Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experience working with Production Operations and Sustainment stakeholders

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $115,500 - $217,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $100,400 - $192,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
