Chat Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a motivated and independent Chat Support Manager to work from home in San Jose, California. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of chat support representatives and ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of chat support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.2. Monitor chat support interactions to ensure quality and accuracy.3. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.4. Analyze chat support data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.5.
