Information System Security Officer - job 2 of 3

ANALYGENCE is seeking an Information Security Analystin support of the U.S. Air Force's Mission Defense Teams (MDTs). MDTs provide specialized cybersecurity to mission systems across the Air Force and offer a targeted approach to persistent cyber defense, protecting the service's most important warfighting components. The MDT looks at what weaknesses and vulnerabilities exist in some of the assets on key cyber terrain, computer and IT systems that are central to the wings mission, and how they can make these more defensible.In this role, you will perform defensive cyber operations on a day-to-day basis, which includes monitoring systems for indicators of compromise. You will perform functional mission analysis to determine any cyber vulnerabilities and employ your expertise in defending the Air Force Network (AFNET), and other infrastructure with evolving environment and technology shifts.
