The successful candidate will lead the USW Acoustic Sensors and Weapons Sub-Market Segment F&BO team in a dynamic environment requiring strong leadership, the ability to work independently, analyze financial and accounting data, be well versed in FAR guidelines and contract terms and conditions, develop pricing strategies, proactively guide large competitive proposals, resolve issues, and provide mentoring, training and development of a cohesive team.
