These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule.WHAT WE'RE DOINGThe Ground Based Air Surveillance (GBAS) market segment supports the development, production, delivery, and aftermarket support of all FPS-117, TPS-77, and MRR radar systems.THE WORK• The primary responsibility of this role is to manage international radar programs from contract award through system sell off and aftermarket support.• This role has P&L responsibility for delivering on all contractual and financial commitments. The program manager will also work closely with business development to grow the overall portfolio and ensure that customer expectations are met.• The program manager will work closely with operations and supply chain to ensure programs are executable and with other sustainment program managers to ensure alignment across the wide customer base.• The position will require a broad interface with multiple disciplines including capture management, business development, global sustainment, engineering, supply chain, operations, fleet management, field service representatives, logistics support, and technical publications.• Some travel will be required as neededWHO WE AREOur customers are world-wide and so is our reputation for creating original solutions with the latest technologies. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
