Tasks • Collaborate with Account Managers and Specialists to translate strategies into creative solutions to ensure that final designs effectively showcase campaign goals • Use advanced knowledge in graphic design to support the graphic design needs of the Creative department including email and paid social ad designs for clients while adhering to brand guidelines • Work with Senior Graphic Designers and Team Leads to continue developing new and advanced design skills • Contribute to project management systems to document project progress and help the team meet assigned deadlines • Present ideas, iterations, and final deliverables for staff or Team Lead review to ensure the best possible product is being delivered to the client • Attend and participate in intake and design calls with clients as needed to establish the Services Required And Address Any Other Project Deliverables • Exercise discretion and independent judgment when producing original, creative digital assets for client solutions to ensure all elements are meeting the design needs of the client • Stay up to date with industry trends to learn techniques that will allow Logical Position to provide social media marketing products and email designs that align with the latest technologies Required Skills & Certifications • Relevant associate degree or bachelor’s degree • 1+ years’ experience creating digital assets • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Possess strong attention to detail • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop & Illustrator • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment • Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in difficult situations • Ability to be self-sufficient, learn new skills quickly, and meet strict deadlines The application window will close after a conditional offer is accepted
