Business Development Representative (BDR)


About the Position:

As a BDR at Logically AI, you will play a critical role in our growth journey by establishing best practices within the BDR function and working closely with the General Manager for UK and EMEA. You will support the development of our sales strategy, focusing on the public sector, military, and government markets.


Responsibilities:

Become a subject matter expert on Logically AI's products and their value propositions.

Map out the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and personas, and create prospect lists to target using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cognism.

Build and execute your own sales cadences consisting of multi-touch, multi-channel methods.

Gain a deep understanding of prospects' current people, processes, and technology to identify pain points where our solutions will add value.

Book and participate in meetings and demos with Account Executives.

Maintain all records within HubSpot and Outreach, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulations.

Collaborate with the General Manager and Account Executives to analyze the total addressable market and channel efforts toward high-potential targets in the military and government sectors.

Propose and test innovative approaches to drive traction and pipeline growth.

Be prepared to travel for events and represent the business alongside Account Executives.


Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience as a BDR within a SaaS-based environment.

Proven experience in building multi-touch, multi-channel cadences from scratch.

Core focus on outbound sales.

Proven track record of achieving and overachieving targets.

Desire to work within a fast-paced and agile startup environment.

Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, Cognism, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Public sector background with a strong network in the military or government space.

Security clearance (UK, Europe, US, NATO) is highly preferred.


Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

Experience selling OSINT or similar solutions.

Established network within the government or military space.
