Sr. Product Manager, Compliance Automation at LogicGate

Remote

LogicGate was founded with a rebellious spirit and lofty objective: to build a modern risk management platform that helps our customers grow by transforming business risks into opportunities. Since our founding in 2015, we've secured more than $156M in four funding series to help us grow into the company we are today, but we're not done yet. LogicGate continues to push to lead the GRC category with our flexible and no-code risk management solution.

We are an outcomes-first company. Our success comes from our high-performing teams, so we give you flexibility to work from where you are. You’ll have the option to be fully remote, work from our headquarters in Chicago, or hybrid, unless the role has specific requirements.

Risk is a team sport, and the strongest teams are made up of diverse talent. We’ve worked hard to create an environment where everyone feels safe bringing their most authentic self to work. We are committed to fostering and maintaining an inclusive work environment where all employees’ views and backgrounds are celebrated, their thoughts matter and everyone feels safe to bring their authentic selves to work.

Our Company core values of Be as One, Do the Right Thing, Embrace Curiosity, Own It, Empower Customers, and Raise the Bar guide everything we do - with our customers, our employees, and all we interact with.

We are proud to have been included as a top workplace by Built In, Crain’s Chicago Business, and the Chicago Tribune.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our efforts around automating evidence collection for cybersecurity controls compliance. You’re a product subject matter expert who can define tangible solutions for complex, and ambiguous user pain points. You enjoy cross-functional collaboration and are excited to partner with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success.

How you’ll spend your time:

  • Craft and maintain a 12+ month vision for a product area that is aligned to company goals. Ensure that tradeoffs are managed thoughtfully and the team is always working on the most impactful projects.
  • Articulate your vision through a variety of creative channels. Socialize product features internally and externally in a way that resonates and drives clarity.
  • Engaging with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, sales, and leadership to connect the dots between new features and business objectives.
  • Lead product initiatives in a given product vertical from inception through launch and continuous iteration.
  • Inspire your squad to achieve great outcomes. Push your team when they need to be pushed, but be a compassionate advocate for when they need support.
  • Deeply know the problems of our users and the market through continuous research and regular interaction with customers.
  • Thoughtfully scope solutions into the smallest shippable state in order to maximize customer value with the least amount of effort — while not sacrificing future product growth.
  • Take ownership over product quality and perform user acceptance testing to ensure features conform to expected behavior prior to shipping to customers
  • Synthesize data from a variety of sources and regularly report metrics that inform the health of products.
  • Help to define, standardize, and communicate product team processes that help the company scale.

We get excited about you if you have:

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • You approach problems with a blend of analytics, user empathy, and intuition.
  • You have a strong technical background.
  • You’re a problem solver that can anticipate and resolve potential issues before they impact the team.
  • You care deeply about getting the details right in order to ship a great product.
  • You’re a strategic thinker that also has a track record of planning and executing projects that solve problems for users.
  • You have a passion for new technologies and are able to understand the value and limitations of the LogicGate platform, front and back.
  • You have an innate drive to learn and be curious, with the desire to understand our customers’ problems.

The anticipated base salary range for the role is $135,000 - $155,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. Internal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.
