Join us at LogicManager, where we confront challenges with innovation and collectively shape a better future.

About This Opportunity:

As the Senior Strategic Planning Analyst at LogicManager, you'll be at the forefront of finance operations and drive our revenue strategy by optimizing pricing, assessing ROI for new product development, and analyzing segmentation, geography, industry, and solution utilization to shape trends in customer retention, acquisition, and expansion. This is not your typical finance role – it's an opportunity to understand our business and use a risk-based approach to identify process opportunities and see your recommendations adopted. Your critical thinking and analytical skills will be instrumental in optimizing the activities by their margin contribution, win rate, and deal size contributions to growth.

If you are motivated to get closer to the business operational aspects of finance, we look forward to speaking with you!

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Collaboration:  Work closely with the CFO, VP of Revenue Operations, VP of Services, and other key leaders to drive strategic planning and keep a pulse on OKR effectiveness and process efficiency.
  • Forecasting: Lead cash and forecasting processes, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), annual recurring revenue, customer lifetime value, churn rates, sales variable compensation planning, and other operating metrics.
  • Pricing Optimization: Conduct comprehensive pricing analysis to optimize product and service segment and geographic pricing strategies, enhancing margin contributions and market competitiveness.
  • Business Efficiency Metrics: Design and monitor key business efficiency metrics to identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements. Leverage existing systems or implement new data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Strategic Insights: Offer financial insights to senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and goal setting.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, highlighting trends, variances, and actionable recommendations to drive performance improvements.
  • Advanced Financial Modeling: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sophisticated financial models for cost analysis, revenue projections, OKRs, and cash flow, utilizing advanced reporting tools, including NetSuite ERP, NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, HubSpot, DealHub, and Gong.
  • Senior Individual Contributor*: No direct reports in this role – you’ll have a senior title, but you'll be an individual contributor for at least the first year.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging financial technologies to continuously improve financial analysis and planning processes.

About You And What Skills You'll Need:

  • Education: BA/BS degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
  • Experience: 6+ years in financial planning and analysis, with 2+ years supporting business partners
  • Systems Expert: Proficiency with BI tools, financial planning, analysis & reporting systems, Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.
  • Team Connecter: Comfortable working across teams and juggling inputs from multiple departments.
  • Detail-Oriented Thinker: You have a sharp eye for details without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Independent Achiever: You're self-motivated, need little direction, and are always eager to learn and grow.
  • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a dynamic setting and love working with a variety of teams in our fast-growing space.
  • Adaptable Pro: Ready to tackle varied tasks in a lively setting and good at prioritizing on the fly.
  • Work Eligibility: Authorized to work in the US (sponsorship not available).

  • Nice-to-Haves (preferred but not required):
  • Professional certifications (e.g. CPA, CMA)
  • Master's in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP and Netsuite Planning and Budgeting
  • Background in Tech or SaaS
