We have been certified as a Great Place To Work®, and named one of BuiltIn's Best Places to Work for the sixth year in a row!The Associate Renewals Manager is responsible for in-quarter renewals/SaaS contracts and works directly with the LogicMonitor Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure timely delivery of quotes to the customer and securing PO and signature from customers and channel partners. They will also need to be able to identify growth opportunities within their customer base and work with sales to close these opportunities efficiently. They must be a self-starter, pro-active and have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as able to understand the software sales cycle and procurement processes.Here's a closer look at this key role:• Track an accurate renewal list by quarter, account, rep and territory• Prepare and send renewal quotes to customers• Weekly follow-up on deals, negotiation, closing• Ensure Purchase Orders/Contracts are processed before previous contract expires• Work closely with LogicMonitor cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion and closure of contracts• Forecast renewals on a weekly basis with leadership• Forecast risk/churn on a weekly basis to ensure accurate forecasting for the business• Build trust and relationships with our customers• Proactively identify customer dependencies, keeping ahead of potential blockers and driving renewals to on-time closure• Support existing programs to maximize company revenue and resolve customer related contract issues• Work with sales to support any potential growth deals• Price out and quote growth opportunities• Close and deliver on growth deals• Achieve established retention goalsWhat You'll Need:• Basic knowledge of Software as a Service business model• Basic knowledge of software renewals preferred• Basic proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM tool• Process oriented with strong attention to detail, effective organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills• Ability to grasp and navigate business practices related to Sales and Customer SuccessResidents of California, click Here to view our California Applicant Privacy Notice.Anticipated Application Close Date: 09/28/2024#LI-??1 #BI-Hybrid #LI-HybridLogicMonitor is dedicated to fostering a culture of transparency and fairness, including our commitment to pay transparency. We provide the base salary ranges for all positions posted within the United States.Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval.
