Job Description


Achieve is seeking a highly organized and efficient Logistics Administrator. The Logistics Administrator is responsible for receiving all supplies and inventory and delivering to the proper line of business, packaging shipments and making sure they are shipped to the correct location in a timely manner. Additionally, this person will inspect and sign for all packages, verify part numbers against purchase orders and packing slips. It will be necessary, for this individual to cross-train and participate in other aspects of the business, particularly on the administrative side.

This position will regularly require attention to detail as well as application of policies and procedures set in place. Good judgement, tact, and the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively are of primary importance for this position. The ability to think critically and work autonomously with limited direction is paramount.

What you'll bring:

  • Receive materials and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments in the ERP system
  • Respond to internal customer inquiries via email, web portal or phone
  • Prepare shipping documents
  • Track and follow-up on product orders
  • Research inventory inaccuracies and reconcile accordingly
  • Effectively communicate with suppliers, internal customers and employees throughout the organization, both verbally and in writing
  • Inform the appropriate stakeholders of any issues related to material quality, quantity, pricing, delivery
  • Coordinate and perform cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure the accuracy of inventory assets
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in the ERP system
  • Maintain physical inventory storage facility
  • Deliver supplies to Arizona locations using company vehicle
  • Provide high level of customer service to internal customers
  • Work in a team environment requiring regular interaction with Managers, Site Leads, Buyers, Inventory Planners, IT, Finance and Quality to complete assigned supply chain tasks
  • Clean and Test IT equipment
  • Trouble shoot and setup IT equipment at customers locations within the building
  • Setup for events
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications


What you'll bring;

  • High school Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year experience in retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an understanding of web-based work order systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of printers, Microsoft Office, postage machines, folding machines, etc.
  • Ability to lift weights of over 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • High attention to detail, while performing repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to provide a high level of service with initiative, teamwork, great attitude, flexibility and integrity.
  • Valid Arizona Driver’s License
