Become part of a dynamic, fast paced global supply chain team, where we collaborate cross functionally to service our highly-valued customers.

Provide operational insight to Bose Global transport network, i.e., tracking shipments, provide routing instructions aligned with the transportation strategy. Ensure lowest cost options are explored when responding to rate requests. Troubleshoot complex delivery issues on a global basis as they arise.

Provide transportation insight to ad hoc requests/ challenges in shipping materials globally. Network includes shipments using all modes of transportation, both Domestic and International

Serve as an import/export liaison for international customers/subsidiaries, distribution, procurement, planning, manufacturing, intercompany finance, regulatory and import/export compliance functions.

Ensure that commercial and sales invoices are accurate in accordance with physical shipment and customer's SLI, quantities, value of goods, country of origin, and other regulatory requirements.

Perform analytics in support of carrier management strategy, carrier performance (cost and service) and provides recommendations for improvement in carrier operations, from a network, cost and service perspective. This would include participating and/or leading teams to deliver results.

Work cross functionally with supply chain team (sales, distribution, purchasing, planning and forecasting) on improvement initiatives. Support and lead continuous improvement projects to meet supply chain strategy.

Analyze delivery performance and recommend opportunities to enhance delivery performances considering customer targets.
