Logistics Analyst II

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

· Provide material updates and resolve system grief from various Suppliers to complete the manufacturing of ENGINES, and Specialty Products in the Griffin facility.

Typical Day:

· Monitor Supplier Shipments, resolve MRP System grief, collaborate with Suppliers to meet Material Shipments.

Interaction with team:

· Work with business partners - Warehouse, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Operations.

· Attend meetings as needed with internal Team as well as Business Partners.

Work environment:

· Open office setting, business casual dress.

Education Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED required. 2-4 years related experience required. Associates Degree desired.

Technical Skills:

· Advanced Computer Skills – Microsoft Office – EXCEL, Power BI.

· Advanced Problem Solving – able to “think outside the box”.

· Ability to work with multiple business partners to resolve Material Issues.

· Ability to follow Standard Work

Soft Skills:

· Effective communication, Personal accountability, Negotiation skills.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

• Grief resolutions: 1 year (Preferred)
• Lean manufacturing industry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Supplier management: 1 year (Preferred)
