Our Logistics Coordinator is an essential part of our shipping and logistics workflow. Assisting with Procurement and Post-Sale operations, this person will be responsible for completing daily outbound shipping and receiving processes. This person will also be responsible for building and replenishing a steady supply of materials for in-house logistics and shipping purposes. This junior-level role is an introduction to eCommerce logistics and luxury watches. It also offers the chance for some cross-training with our client services and marketing teams, as these groups require a high level of support from logistics.
What You’ll Do
Create labels for inbound and outbound shipments
Perform comprehensive quality control checks on all products in preparation for shipping to customers
Assemble and fill boxes with items that need to be shipped and affixing proper postage to packages.
Complete daily post-sale tasks, including processing orders, capturing funds, pulling inventory, and facilitating refunds and cancellations
Facilitate inventory and shipping requests
Receive and notating shipments properly within our CRM platform
Maintain clean records within our CRM platform
Work with our third-party shipping/logistics vendors to insure successful deliveries.
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Assist with monthly inventory audit
Assist with various other Operations tasks as needed
Skills & Experience
Work experience in either production, hospitality, or supply chain environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven ability to problem-solve on the fly.
A naturally proactive mindset
Able to maintain a high level of energy throughout the day.
High attention to detail in a dynamic environment
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
