Summary

The Logistics Program Administrator plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. In this role, one is responsible for coordination, issuance, communication and maintenance of Return Material Authorizations (RMA) for Logistics repair/upgrade service solutions to domestic and international customers.
Position Responsibilities
  • Effectively resolves Logistic and general inquiries for LMS end users who contact AV via the AV website, email and/or by phone
  • Creates Sales Orders in Oracle to process domestic, international and FMS shipments back to the customer
  • Interfaces directly with internal and external customers and abide by their processes as required
  • Produces quarterly Contract Data Requirements List for FMS contract customers (Month-end repair and utilization report)
  • Produces weekly inventory report of completed repairs awaiting shipment back to customers
  • Reports weekly RMA/Service Request summary to Logistics Manager and others
  • Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained
  • Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
  • Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 0 – 2 years' of Logistics experience
  • Experienced using database systems and is proficient creating macros in Excel. Preferable experience with Oracle and Agile
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Physical Demands
  • Ability to work in an office and manufacturing environment (Constant)
  • Required to sit and stand for long periods; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Frequent)
The salary range for this role is:
$28 - $42
