Job Description
Summary
The Logistics Program Administrator plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. In this role, one is responsible for coordination, issuance, communication and maintenance of Return Material Authorizations (RMA) for Logistics repair/upgrade service solutions to domestic and international customers.
Position Responsibilities

Effectively resolves Logistic and general inquiries for LMS end users who contact AV via the AV website, email and/or by phone

Creates Sales Orders in Oracle to process domestic, international and FMS shipments back to the customer

Interfaces directly with internal and external customers and abide by their processes as required

Produces quarterly Contract Data Requirements List for FMS contract customers (Month-end repair and utilization report)

Produces weekly inventory report of completed repairs awaiting shipment back to customers

Reports weekly RMA/Service Request summary to Logistics Manager and others

Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
-
Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

0 – 2 years' of Logistics experience

Experienced using database systems and is proficient creating macros in Excel. Preferable experience with Oracle and Agile

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

The salary range for this role is:
$28 - $42
