Position Title: Logistics - Warehouse Worker II

Location: Pataskala, OH

Shift: B Shift (Wednesday-Saturday 7a-5:30p)

Reports to: Operations Supervisor

Performs various duties within the standard operating procedures to ensure accurate stock handling, restocking, shipping, receiving and returns processes to meet the departments mission of providing excellent and on time customer service.

Responsibilities:

Operates various electric and motorized material handling equipment in a safe, accurate and efficient manner
Loads and unloads trailers, restocking of picking areas and follows procedures to properly document the movement of product
Takes inventory and documents any product movement to assure inventory Accuracy

Use of RF scanning equipment to identify and move material and goods accurately both System and manually directed
Retrieves and stocks materials and product to support other operations in the building
Reports any inaccuracies or unusual events surrounding transactions of product.
Counts, compares, checks and inspects quantities of materials and product, performs various duties in support of the Order Fulfillment and distribution of company goods in the YOH warehouse
Operates the electronic parcel machine, applies charges accordingly and operates the wrapper when directed.

Adhere to company, state, local and OSHA safety rules, report any potential violations to leadership team
Participates in safety training. Properly uses and maintains Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris
Perform other duties as assigned

Key Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age
Experience operating walkie jack
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

Must Pass Background Check and Drug Screen

Preferred Qualifications:

Distribution and/or warehouse experience
1-year experience operating walkie jack

Must be able to frequently stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl; and talk or hear.
Must be able to sit occasionally
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move more than 50 pounds

Must be able to work in comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noise, and fumes which may cause discomfort
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and depth perception
