B2B Senior Marcom Specialist

The Role:

B2B Senior Marcom Specialist is responsible for all in-country marketing related initiatives and activations. He/She is expected to plan, coordinate, execute, track, and communicate marketing efforts to all stakeholders. The individual will report to Japan B2B Marketing Manager and is a part of the wider APLAT (Australia/New Zealand, South Korea and Latin America) B2B Marketing Team.

  • Lead, plan, develop and execute all marketing initiatives and activations for B2B portfolio (Team Workspace solution, Personal Workspace solution and Education solution)  in Japan

  • Develop local marketing collaterals, sales promotions, and sales tools to support trade partners and end-users adhering to marketing guidelines (Brochures, Banners, e-DMs, Websites, Case Studies, etc.)

  • Manage and execute digital and physical events for trade partners and end users (Webinars, Events, Trade Shows, Exhibitions, etc.)

  • Ensure cross-functional communication and feedback

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives

  • Plan and support local PR efforts for key products and programs

  • Coordinate approvals with legal and other stakeholders

  • Track and manage marketing budget with regular reports and updates

  • All other duties assigned

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Familiar with the B2B landscape

  • Fluency in Japanese and English language 

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing marketing campaigns and trade marketing

  • Strong ability to work in teams and build good working relationships, but also able to work independently

  • Strong project management and time management ability

  • Attention to detail and good organization skill

  • Adept at collaborating and working cross-functionally

  • Resourceful and initiate his/her own projects with the proven ability to track deliver results 

  • Problem solver with a can-do attitude

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • PR/Copywriting/Media skills a big plus

  • Digital marketing experiences a big plus

  • Experience using Salesforce, report and dashboard creation skills a big plus

  • Analytical and reporting skills using VLOOKUP and IF functions in Excel

  • Experience in marketing for new market development and new service development is a plus.

  • Design skills with Adobe (Illustrator/Photoshop)

Education:

  •  Diploma Required. Degree a plus (Marketing, Communications, Business).
