Logitech is seeking a People Services Generalist to support the delivery of employee lifecycle services for Logitech employees across all business groups within the AMR region (US, Canada and Latin America).

Service delivery for all employee life cycle processes across the business
Partnering with the extended HR team to deliver high quality, accurate & efficient support
Partnering with Payroll to support timely input to the payroll cycles & ensure audit readiness at all times
Maintaining employee data in the HR system (Workday)
Familiarization with local labor and employment regulations
Compliant execution & delivery of HR services within defined service level agreements
Updating procedures, guidelines & documentation in line with current legislation & best practice
Contributing to the maintenance & development of new & existing HR processes
Participating in ad hoc projects, user testing & data validation for system enhancements
Recommending enhancements and simplification of processes & procedures based on customer interaction and feedback
Maintaining the strictest levels of confidentiality & discretion at all times
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
2 years experience in a broad HR Administration or HR Services environment, preferably in a complex, multi-national environment or standalone Generalist role
Proven knowledge & practical application of HR processes & practices & employment legislation. An understanding of US employment law and benefits would be a distinct advantage
Prior working knowledge of HR information systems, preferably Workday
Strong working knowledge of Excel
Working knowledge of processing payroll inputs
Strong customer-service orientation
Excellent prioritization & organizational skills, along with attention to detail
Ability to build relationships & interact at all levels of the organization
Strong, proven process & quality mindset and a passion for finding innovative solutions
Highly adaptable, demonstrated ability to multi-task & proven ability to work to tight timelines
Full professional proficiency in English
Education:
Educated to University Degree level or above in HR Management or other related field
