We have an excellent opportunity for a new Logo Specialist to join our dynamic Account Services team supporting the Sales Department by creating and maintaining logo requests, from the initial inquiry by the customer to the final logo application to the garment. This Logo Specialist will be expected to function independently and/or collaboratively, bringing fresh thinking, an open mind, and a strong work ethic to the team environment as well as building relationships with our trusted customers.
HYBRID/REMOTE: Tyndale supports a strong work-life balance; this opportunity is a hybrid work from home role on a regularly scheduled basis. There is weekly in-person work required for this role, so candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our Tyndale locations in Bucks County, PA or Houston, TX,
Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with key contacts at new and existing customers and interact with them over the phone and email. Work closely with key contacts to identify and ensure integrity of customer’s branding requirements;
Create and maintain customer logo information in Tyndale Proprietary System. Systematically check information to ensure accuracy is maintained.
Provide reporting to sales team on items updated with logo or garment restrictions in a timely manner;
Building long-lasting relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience;
Drive process or efficiency improvement; participation in internal task groups;
Work closely with Sales Team to ensure all customer logo needs are satisfied in a timely manner;
Communicate with various internal Tyndale departments and external vendors to resolve customer design challenges, concerns, requests, etc. Identify and propose solutions to best meet the customer requirements without compromising quality;
Implement adjustments and/or create digitized files through Pulse software;
Produce or coordinate with embellishments department for production of stitch outs for final customer logo approval. Create approval documents and obtain necessary signatures from customers;
Review and approve invoicing from various outsourced design vendors;
Clearly communicate issues that you cannot solve to Account Services Manager in a timely manner;
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent required;
Minimum of 2 years of prior Customer-facing experience required;
Experience and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator required;
Experience using PULSE software a plus;
Proficiency using MS Word required and MS Excel preferred;
Excellent organizational skills;
Ability to build rapport with internal and external customers;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively; Strong time-management skills;
Possess strong sense of urgency;
Detail oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy in their work;
Strong sense of typography, composition and color, a sharp eye for detail.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
