This includes translating business requirements and functional specifications into configuration within the applicable HR Systems product supported. This role facilitates the implementation and maintenance of complex HR technology platforms to ensure successful deployment and to identify process improvement opportunities in the organization.What you will doCollaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements and specifications are converted into flexible, scalable, and maintainable HR system configuration; evaluates project deliverables to ensure they meet specifications and Lowe's configuration standards.Conducts the implementation and maintenance of complex business and enterprise data solutions to ensure successful deployment of released applications.Coordinates, executes, and participates in component integration (CIT) scenarios, systems integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify application errors and to ensure quality software deployment.Guides development teams in the design and build of complex HR system solutions and ensures that teams are in alignment with the architecture blueprint, standards, target state architecture, and strategies.Maintains a deep understanding of HR industry trends, best practices and latest technologies, implementing them into daily operations.Automates and simplifies team development, test, and operations processes; develops detailed architecture plans for large scale enterprise architecture projects and drives the plans to fruition.Provides mentoring and guidance to more junior level HR Systems team members; may provide feedback and direction on specific HR system tasks.Monitors compliance with HR systems and programs as prescribed by Lowe’s business needs and internal partners.Observes system performance and makes changes and recommendations to ensure optimal performance.Drives the adoption of the HR product supported by researching innovative technical trends and developments.Researches, designs and schedules standardized reports, or creates ad hoc reports or data queries utilizing appropriate tools and systems.Individual Contributor.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or related field.5-7 Years Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio), and Adobe Acrobat.5-7 Years Experience supporting Workday.1-2 Years Project Management experience with the ability to apply fundamental project management methodologies.Experience leading system implementation, upgrades, enhancements, etc.Preferred Qualifications5-7 Years Experience supporting Workday.Expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation.Expertise in Workday HCM.About Lowe’sLowe’s Companies, Inc.
