About Our Client Specialty concrete subcontractor that has been partnering with the Mountain Region`s top General Contractors for over 25 years. This team performs concrete packages for projects within the multifamily, senior living, hospitality, healthcare, etc. market sectors. Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities of the Chief Operations Officer (COO):• Provide leadership and direction for all operational activities including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.• Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple projects, ensuring quality control, timeline adherence, and cost management.• Establish and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices across the company to drive efficiency and productivity.• Ensure that all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations as well as company safety standards.• Work closely with the executive team to set and achieve long-term business goals, including expanding into new markets or service areas.• Identify opportunities for operational improvement, growth, and increased profitability, recommending new initiatives and investments.• Stay informed on industry trends, new technologies, and competitive intelligence to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
