Our team members are the heart and soul of our success, consistently delivering exceptional culinary experiences and outstanding service to our clients and their passengers across North and Latin America.Role Purpose StatementThe HRIS Administrator Specialist will configure, implement and support LSG Sky Chefs HR Systems to maximize productivity, quality and end user experience. In this role, you will serve as a SuccessFactors SME for the HR Team and all employees across the company. The incumbent will ensure system implementations including data cleansing and mapping, configuration, testing, launches, enhancements, or other changes are planned for success in the business. This position will be based out of our North America Headquarters office in Irving, TX and is not open to remote work.Main Accountabilities• Serve as internal subject matter expert for SuccessFactors suite and all associated HR processes and procedures.• Provide training and support to HR users on system functionalities and best practices.• Perform data validation, cleansing and migration tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.• Have familiarity with configuration details and Role-Based Permissions within SuccessFactors.• Participate in the implementation of additional SuccessFactors modules as required.• Assist with and monitor reports for all HR system interfaces to SuccessFactors• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to visualize HR data and KPIs.• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and challenges to implement HR Processes and process improvements for LSG Group and The Americas HR Teams.• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by participating in process reviews and optimization projects.Knowledge, Skills and Experience• Five years of experience in human resources required; demonstrated knowledge of all HR business processes is a must• SuccessFactors experience required• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate at all organizational levels• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment• Team player with ability to work with cross-functional, cross cultural teams, and all levels of management with skills of motivation, organization and leadership• Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, particularly strong Excel skills• Ability to travel up to 25%• Work schedule: Monday-Thursday onsite at our North American Headquarters office located in Irving, TX 75039. Fridays work remote
