You’ll be responsible for all the traditional analysis of a compensation professional in addition to partnering with the broader HR team to educate and administer Lucid’s compensation programs. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with strategic decisions, and execution of critical deliverables, has strong attention to detail, and is driven by a desire to meet business needs through a consultative approach for a fast-growing organization. This position will report to our Head of Compensation while partnering directly with the Sales and Service leaders to deliver world-class results.The role is based in Lucid’s office in Southfield, MI.You Will:• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure the company's reward programs (e.g., compensation, benefits, recognition) are competitive and aligned with industry trends and best practices.• Analyze data and develop reports on reward usage, program costs, and effectiveness to support decision-making and program design.• Assist in the development and implementation of reward programs to support the organization's strategic objectives and reward high performers.• Provide guidance and support to HR partners, recruiters, internal departments, and hiring managers on rewards-related matters.• Compile, analyze, review and audit reward data and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports related to reward expenses, headcount, and turnover.You Bring:• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field• 2+ years of broad-based compensation experience• Ability to create and interpret financial models and perform data analysis using Excel.• Advanced Excel skills with a proficiency in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques (charts, graphs, conditional formatting) for analyzing and presenting compensation data• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under pressure in a deadline-driven, rapidly changing organization• Excellent communication and relationship skills in interacting with internal stakeholders and outside consultants to achieve results• Ability to present information in a concise and meaningful manner to leadership.• Strong project management skills and attention to detailWe Value:• Master’s degree• Proven experience in conducting job evaluations, market pricing, and pay structure analysis.• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certificationBy Submitting your application, you understand and agree that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Candidate Privacy Notice.
