Design CMF Manager

Lucid is seeking a talented Color, Material, and Finish Design Manager to lead the implementation, development, and execution of CMF for Lucid vehicle production. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable innovation and creating a better future.

Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering tools
Leadership and team management experience
Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CMF designs for production vehicles
Analyze and approve color, material, and finish choices for vehicle surfaces
Cultivate relationships with suppliers to seek new materials and technologies
Guide designers in trend forecasting and sustainable innovation

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent
