Head of Cybersecurity

Lucid Motors is seeking a security executive to establish a world-class security program globally to reduce company risk and increase efficiencies company-wide.

Skills

Deep expertise in security, privacy, IT audit, and legal security standards
Proficiency in information security management frameworks like NIST and ISO/IEC 27001
Experience in building high-performing security teams
In-depth understanding of data protection laws and regulations
Strong experience with security technology and concepts

Responsibilities

Develop and implement security strategy and roadmap
Establish security measures to detect, prevent, and mitigate cyber attacks
Evaluate and mitigate risks and vulnerabilities
Lead security incident response and recovery
Ensure compliance to security standards

Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred
CISSP certification strongly preferred
