Strong project management skills
Proficiency in eLearning development tools and software
Knowledge of automotive repair terminology

Responsibilities

Partner with Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders to plan and develop training curriculum
Design and develop engaging course material for both in-person and web-based training
Implement continuous improvement initiatives for technician's skills enhancement
Ensure training material standards and branding consistency

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Adult learning or training certification
