Lucid Motors is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support the Research and Development organizations in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing HR strategies tailored to the business needs.

Skills

Strong business insight and understanding of cross-functional work
Experience supporting engineering functions
Knowledge in compensation strategies and practices
Change management experience
Strong analytical and program management skills
Building relationships with key stakeholders
Experience with HR data analysis

Responsibilities

Support client groups in Program Management, Hardware, Digital and Design
Lead a team of HR partners
Collaborate with global colleagues for on-the-ground support
Coach and advise managers at all levels
Analyze and report on KPIs and trends in human capital
Drive diversity and inclusion goals in all people management practices
Champion company culture

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
