Sr. Process Engineer, Powertrain

Lucid Motors is looking for a Senior Process Engineer, Powertrain to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies
Proficiency in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data sets

Responsibilities

Develop and implement manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities
Lead initiatives to implement innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement
Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot process issues

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
