Staff Global Supply Manager, Exteriors

Lucid Motors is seeking a Staff Global Supply Manager to lead procurement processes for exterior automotive components. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive exterior commodities, strategic mindset, and ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.

Skills

Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Knowledge of automotive exterior manufacturing processes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

Manage supplier relationships for exterior automotive components
Develop and implement global supply chain strategies for exterior commodities
Analyze market trends and supply chain risks
Negotiate contracts for exterior component pricing
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization
Monitor geopolitical developments affecting procurement

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master's a plus
