Staff Global Supply Manager, Seating

Lucid Motors is looking for a Staff Global Supply Manager to support Interiors Seating commodities. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a passion for creating a better, more sustainable future.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in technical, supply chain, or finance discipline
8 years of Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Engineering experience in the automotive industry
Experience in related commodity systems including Seat structures, Stamping & welded assemblies, Complete seats supply chain, Comfort/heat mechanisms, Seat covers
Strong interpersonal, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Excel, Project, Power Point, Word, ERP systems

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Engineering and Supplier Quality to identify potential suppliers
Create RFQs, review and analyze quotations from suppliers
Thoroughly negotiate favorable contracts
Manage supplier development and tooling timelines
Maintain overall supplier relationships

Education

Bachelor's degree in technical, supply chain, or finance discipline
