Lucid Software is seeking a motivated Associate Growth Product Manager. This role will work closely with the Sr. Growth Product Manager and the paid acquisition team to plan and implement optimization and feature expansion strategies to acquire both end users and qualified leads for Lucid’s suite of products. This role will also collaborate with UX and project management teams to scale Lucid’s web properties.
Responsibilities
- Work with the digital marketing team to analyze KPI’s and determine areas of opportunity we can leverage to support revenue growth.
- Partner with Growth and Marketing stakeholders to build and execute an A/B testing roadmap focused on driving incremental activations, revenue, and expansion.
- Work with acquisition managers to improve media performance via A/B testing and landing page optimization
- Lead readouts on optimization activities to identify areas for improvement and iteration
- Define and communicate feature needs to execution teams, creating test plans and project briefs around performance insights and areas of opportunity.
- Participate in conversations about website improvements, including audits and growth strategy recommendations.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members (Channel, Product Marketing, etc.) to identify growth opportunities, including campaign development.
Qualifications
- Bachelors (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or equivalent – marketing or related degree preferred
- 1-3 years of growth marketing or conversion rate optimization experience
- Solid track record of taking action based on data-driven insights;
- Proven attention to detail, can maintain and manage multiple projects and priorities
- Comfortable with decision making but know when to escalate decisions/issues to management– you lead your own day-to-day and oversee your output and productivity
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities in line with business objectives
- Must be a team player with excellent relationship-building – expect to liaise with multiple departments daily
- Enough familiarity with website architecture to collaborate effectively with an engineer
- Enough familiarity with design concepts to collaborate effectively with UX and brand designers
