Associate UX Designer

Skills
- Ability to work closely with AI engineers and product managers for seamless integration of AI technologies into user experience
- Knowledge of core design methods like sketching, wireframing, and storyboarding
- Passion for evaluating design solutions with qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Ability to design in various contexts and communicate sound design rationale effectively
- Thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment with a bias towards finding solutions
Responsibilities
- Design experiences, interactions, and features to improve product value
- Understand customer problems and define design solutions within Agile/Scrum constraints
- Own the design process for team features, including research, validation, and iteration
- Communicate user intents, needs, and motivations for delightful experiences
- Support engineers in implementing designs and manage projects effectively to meet deadlines and requirements
- Strengthen Lucid's design culture and ensure human-centric, accessible product design
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design, human-computer interaction, or related field
