POSITION

At Lucida AI, we're reimagining the role of user acquisition. You won't just optimize campaigns here; you'll also contribute to creative ideas, build partnerships, and play a crucial role in the strategic growth of our products.

The ideal candidate is a multifaceted talent: strong in both data analysis and creative thinking, a self-starter with a passion for growth, and someone who thrives in a collaborative, innovative environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?

  • Take full ownership of an app’s marketing strategy and execute end-to-end user acquisition initiatives.
  • Manage the Creative Pipeline: Brainstorm ideas, propose creative hypotheses, track implementation, and provide feedback for continual improvement.
  • Optimize user acquisition campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, and more.
  • Build relationships with external partners and manage collaborations with teams like Meta London, TikTok Dubai, and Google Dublin.
  • Create and monitor dashboards to track insights, ensure KPIs are met, and scale campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the product team to understand user behavior and help shape effective monetization strategies.
  • Drive innovation: Get creative, go beyond traditional marketing, and apply growth-hacking techniques to expand app reach.
  • Experience in User Acquisition: Proven experience in managing user acquisition campaigns across major ad networks such as Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs.
  • Creative Thinking: Strong ability to brainstorm and test new ideas for creative ad concepts.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Experience working with external partners and agencies, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Project Ownership: Proven track record of owning projects end-to-end and delivering successful results.
  • Passion for AI and Language Learning: A deep interest in the future of AI-driven products and their potential to transform communication.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with teams and external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on Mentality: Willingness to take initiative, work hard, and adapt to new challenges as they arise.
